Jumping Jologs, otherwise known as the JJ's, are organized mobs complete with artilleries and infantries who would take turn in battering the steel barriers enclosing the Fair. In quiet nights, they are just mosh pit brawlers accessorized by goth make-ups and overalls. Their ages range from a skinny 9 year old to a brawny guy in mid 20's. 

Last night the sunken garden grounds were teemed with these black suited emo's that they seem to look like peeking anchovy heads stuck in a fish net.

The theme of the fifth installment of UP's six day fair is 'Loverage 3: Break the Curse', and it pretty much did not live up to that. The curse of the JJ's prevailed and the 'Top Grosser Night of the Year' ended prematurely at 1 AM right after Bamboo's performance. 

We're still grateful that the JJ's spared the fireworks display, the main event for us audiences, which seems to have lighten up Friday the 13th's dark night.

I am not really happy how good 'Fair' nights were spoiled because of the JJ's, but they have already become infamous attraction in U.P. Fairs. Legend has it that a U.P. Fair is not complete without a night unconquered by the JJ's. =)
